Please read Fusion Art Glass and Fine Jewelry’s terms and conditions that constitute “Shipping Policy.” Items ship according to stock status, and if an item is out of stock, shipping times are communicated to the purchaser immediately.
Our default postal carrier is the United Postal Service (UPS), however on occasion we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx), but regardless of carrier, all shipments are insured. Please be aware, that we only ship orders within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or other territories. We also do not ship to military or diplomatic addresses.
Except for special-order items, orders may be canceled prior to being shipped. Please call or email us immediately if you choose to do so. Reference shipping confirmation and order tracking below.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless an item is special-ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Special-order items have a production time of 3 to 4 weeks as some pieces are made to order. Others are created ahead of time, and timeline varies with each artist and jeweler. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders placed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Should an expedited or time-sensitive package encounter delays due to unforeseen weather conditions or acts of God, we will not issue a shipping refund. Please track your package, communicate your concerns, and we will do what we can to assist you.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Occasionally Fusion offers free shipping, If you wish to apply that offer towards your order please refer to the advertising campaign’s terms, conditions, and restrictions. If you are having problems, contact us via email prior to placing your order and we will assist you.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email once your order has been packaged and labeled, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours. Check the information and track your package. If your shipment needs to be re-routed, see below instructions. Be advised that if you have received the tracking email, there is a very limited time window to pull the shipment and to process your cancellation. If the package has already been shipped, please follow our Order and Returns Policies.
There will be a $10 USD re-route fee (standard with most postal carriers) to intercept and re-direct your shipment. If the incorrect address was entered by the customer, the fee will be applied, in which case, we will process the charge over the phone prior to making the address change. If you have a package that was shipped to an address that you did not intend, and you provided the accurate address, we will correct this error at no cost to you.
If you receive damaged goods, you must immediately report this to our office within 24 hours via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Save all of the packing materials and take pictures of the shipment and its contents. Refer to our Orders and Returns Policy for the full details and procedures.
