Michael Hopko

Michael Hopko had an early love of glassblowing. After completing college courses in the art, he continued his newfound talent by working with skilled professionals throughout California. Hopko was a quick learner and soon opened his own business on his family compound, where to this day, he can be found working in his home studio. Hopko art glass has long been recognized for its large variety of colorful octopus, realistic fresh water, and salt water fish. Hopko gets his creative energy from family, friends and loves. He is driven by the desire to be considered a person who dedicated his life to mastering his interpretation of recreating nature and preserving it in glass.
