Part of the Inlay collection, Fibers employs an enamel inlay technique similar to the ceramics technique called Mishima. The enamel is scratched out by hand with a toothpick and then "inlaid" with a different color (or colors, as is the case here) -- hence the name. Mica is also inlaid to add texture and playfulness and shifting reflectivity. The shape/color suggests a ginkgo biloba leaf.
Medium measures 1” W X ⅞” H
Large measures 1.25” W X 1 ⅛” H
Earrings are finished with premium Argentium silver wires and include a pair of silicone ear backs. Argentium silver is a step up from sterling silver; it is 100% nickel-free.
