African Pompano Wood & Metal Wall Sculpture

African Pompano are found throughout tropical oceans and seas worldwide, though they are more commonly seen in coastal waters. The transparent hues of this fish allow the long grain of the wood to show through, enhancing the impression of movement. The body is made from soft maple, a sustainable hardwood that is harvested in the USA. The transparent colors are blended into a VOC-free resin. All the necessary hardware for hanging this piece is included, and it's signed on the back. Due to the handmade nature of this work, each will vary slightly. This piece Measures 24" long.
