Victoria Garley artistically plans, designs, and assembles each original glass mosaic, from conception to completion. She has been a glass artist for over 25 years. Victoria has instructed Glass Mosaic and lead Glass Techniques, both privately and at the college level. Victoria loves the Emerald Coast and after many years of military travel with her husband and children, they now call Lake City, Florida home.
