Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The postal carrier delivery date is used for reference. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the same packaging. Your item needs to have an Authorized Return Number (ARN). See below for more details.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another should you desire, and be refunded the price of the item, or charged the difference, so long as the conditions set forth are met. As stated in our return policy, it must be in the original packaging, and the product must not be used or damaged. Your item needs to have a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). See below for more details.

Gifts

Gifts constitute items purchased and shipped to a separate identity and different address than the purchaser. We will accept gift returns within a 3-week time frame, with receipt. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive a Fusion gift certificate, or have the purchaser credited for the price of the item. Like all returns, the gifted item needs to have a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). See below for more details.

Acquiring an ARN or RMN

Contact Fusion via email at [email protected] To be eligible for a refund, items must be received within 3 business days of receiving the ARN or RMN, unless it’s a gift item. We only accept returns with an ARN or RMN. If we are shipped items without this information, we will be unable to process the exchange, replacement, or refund.

Damaged Items

If the item was damaged upon receiving it in the mail, you must immediately take photos of all the packaging material and broken item(s). Keep all of the packing material and DO NOT discard any of it. All shipments are insured, and photos are essential in filing a claim. Certain postal carriers require inspection of the packaging. Failure to report damages to our office within 24 hours of receiving the package forfeits your ability to receive a refund and a replacement will only be sent at additional costs to you.

To report any damages, email us at [email protected] with supplementary photos of both the item(s) and the packaging. Include your name, email, daytime phone number, and items received, For each item, please specify whether you want an in-store gift card, a refund, an exchange, repair or a replacement (if possible). Our offices will receive this information and processes it promptly. You will then be issued a Damaged Merchandise Number (DMN) via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you promptly. We will not provide refunds for any items that are returned damaged, altered, or have missing parts. If your return is approved for a refund, a gallery associate will contact you to process a refund over the phone. We will only issue refunds on Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards. You will receive the credit within the timeline determined by your card issuer's policies. Shipping charges are not refunded. Only web order items are eligible for return and refund. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for both refunds and replacements.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping transit. Items returned damaged due to shipping will not be accepted and must be returned at your expense. We recommend insuring all return shipments. Please reference the address below and include the ARN, RMN, or DMN on the package.
