Will Dexter

In 1961, William Dexter co-founded Taylor-Backes Studio with his wife Karla Trinkley. Dexter and Trinkley both received BFA degrees from Tyler School of Art in Elkins Park, PA and MA degrees from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design. Their work has been exhibited throughout the world and is shown in the permanent collections of museums, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the American Craft Museum, the Corning Museum of Glass, and the Smithsonian Institute.
