Sherry Moser began her art career in 1980 when she started taking classes and working in stained glass. Many delightful weeks spent at Penland, Arrowmont and John C. Campbell Folk School, working with other generous artists, had afforded her knowledge of glass fusing, lamp working and metal-smithing. In 1985, Sherry discovered contemporary kaleidoscopes and focused her work exclusively on kaleidoscopes until 2000. Her growing interest in jewelry caused her to redirect her work to combine her love of glass with my metal work. Sherry incorporated glass fusing, lamp working, carving and sandblasting to create her beautiful Frozen Moments series. Sherry's jewelry is bezeled in sterling silver which has been ornamented with roller printed patterns on the silver.
